With an estimated value of 500 000 EUR, the EU Agency for Support for BEREC (BEREC Office), based in Riga, Latvia, launched an open tender procedure for the supply of office furniture (Lot 1) and acoustic pods (Lot 2) and provision of maintenance services. The objective of the procurement will be the establishment of framework contracts over a duration of 4 years.

Lot 1, which is estimated at 351 000 EUR, targets the purchase of modern and ergonomic office furniture and other equipment for meeting rooms and adjacent areas, split into the following categories:
- Desk / office tables
- Chairs
- Filling facilities (cupboards, pedestals, etc.) and accessories.
Lot 2, which is estimated at 149 000 EUR, envisages the purchase of some single user acoustic pods and multi-person acoustic pods.
For both Lots contractors are required to ensure delivery of the supplies to the BEREC Office premises, assembly, maintenance and disposal of the supplies at the end of their lifetime.
